This is our gold-standard support package. With VIP Support, we handle everything - from branding, to user enrolment, to expedited feature requests and all your users' needs. VIP Support comes with a designated account management team who can provide training services alongside responding to support requirements as quickly and effectively as possible.
Do you have very specific technical systems or specifications? This service is handled at an hourly rate by our technical team, who can investigate, implement and maintain bespoke integrations.
Single Sign On
Single Sign On (SSO) is great for integrating users' existing login credentials so they can log into eCoach with existing usernames and passwords. We use SAML for our SSO services, which increases security by guarding against identity theft. We provide SSO Integration & Setup as a one-off cost, as well as ongoing support bundled monthly. Ongoing support includes regular support as well as taking care of any software updates.
SMS Integration allows you to add SMS services to your account, allowing your account to directly send automated SMSs. An example of this is requesting an SMS code for users upon login, which increases your account security and may be required by your company security protocol. SMS Integration & Setup is a one-off cost, with Support & Maintenance packaged monthly.
