How do I upload a PowerPoint presentation?

You might find that you're pressed for time to get your resources up and running as interactive, engaging online training. In these instances, you may have existing PDFs or PowerPoints that you'd like to disseminate quickly. If you want to roll out existing documents to your learners ASAP, whilst also using Coassemble’s LMS features, you can embed PowerPoints into your Lessons with a few simple clicks. We will walk you through this process below.

Before you can add your Document screen, you will need to create a Lesson module within a Course.

Using our Document screen to embed a PowerPoint

Step 1: Select 'Add screen' in your Lesson module.

Step 2: Choose to add a Document screen to your Lesson.

Step 3: Name your Document screen.

Step 4: Drag and drop or browse your files to find your PowerPoint file and add it to the screen. You'll be able to scroll down through all the slides in your PowerPoint presentation. You might like to include some context above the presentation for your learners, like 'Review the presentation below'.

Step 5: You can now Publish and share your PowerPoint simply by sharing your Course with learners.
