We can also retain the look and feel of your resources by matching fonts and colour, or by following your style guide. Alternatively, our in-house creative team can develop a unique style and theme for your newly converted content.
A typical eLearning conversion will be made up of a mix of eCoach Presentation Interactive, Checkpoint and Challenge Templates and when hand it over it is yours to update as required using the easy Authoring Templates. (Read more here)
How does it work?
You send us your existing resources, and we convert them and send them back to you as published eLearning content. Work as closely with our in-house developers as you need in order to create the best possible material for your audience. When we’re finished, we’ll give you the keys to your own eCoach account (or place the finished Course or Course Modules in your existing account). With the eCoach Author, you can continue to edit and update converted content, and even start creating your own eLearning Courses.
Once your content has been converted, it will appear directly in your eCoach account where you can start enrolling staff or students (Participants), alternatively share converted content at the click of a button. If you have an existing learning management system, we can also package your content into SCORM compliant format that you can make live updates to from within the platform (all eCoach content is dynamic).
How much does it cost?
Our eLearning Development fees are extremely affordable and include the costs of stock photography, illustrations, professional voice overs, project management, quality assurance and all other associated expenses. eLearning Conversion services are based on modules sizes (determined by the size of your existing PowerPoint or Word Document files). Note: Your monthly eCoach subscription is a separate expense and development of assessments items (Assignments, Quizzes) and / or mapping of content to accreditations is an additional service, so please advise if you need any of these components as part of your project.
