We've included a great tool that allows you to display external websites straight into your eCoach lesson. This can be a great way to ensure your Learners can access external data all while staying with the eCoach platform.
But what is iframe?
An IFrame (Inline Frame) is a HTML document embedded inside another HTML document on a website. The IFrame HTML element is often used to insert content from another source into a Web page. Although an IFrame behaves like an inline image, it can be configured with its own scrollbar independent of the surrounding page's scrollbar.
Step 1: Grab the URL of the website you'd like to embed using iframe
You will need to ensure the website has HTTPS, not HTTP. iframe requires a secure connection
Step 2: Go to the Lesson tile you would like to embed using iframe and select the 'iframe' button
Step 3: Paste the URL into the URL text field, add the Width and Height and select an Alignment. Complete the rest of the settings if required and click OK
Step 4: Save the Tile and click 'Preview'. You should then see your iframe displaying the external HTTPS website
