eCoach works well on all modern browsers (a connection to the internet is required).

Compatible browsers include:

  • Safari 5.1+
  • Chrome 27+ (including ChromeBooks)
  • Firefox 21+
  • Internet Explorer 10+
  • Opera 12+
  • IE9 (not recommended)

Note: eCoach will also work with other browsers like IE8 but we don’t actively test the product using old browsers. For the best user experience available, we’d suggest using a modern browser.

 Mobile access

If you are a Participant (i.e. a User that has been enrolled in a Course) and you are unable to update your browser software, an alternative is to sign-in from your mobile device. If you have an Android or iPhone, you can visit your Campus and then sign in from your directly from your mobile.

All of Course resources you have access to are 100% mobile-friendly, so you should be able to easily complete them from your mobile.
