Xantippe Release Notes

We’ve been working really hard to improve, refine, and build new features in eCoach. Here’s a quick run-down of the key updates for the latest release, Xantippe:

New Features & Improvements

  • Personal notification settings are here! If you want to stop eCoach sending you emails about new Course enrolments or Course commencements, you can. Head over to your profile page and switch email notifications from ON to OFF
  • We've improved performance when adding and enrolling users. This has resulted in a slight change to the way you add and enrol users, so make sure you check out the updated articles for Adding Team Members and Enrolling Participants
  • eCoach now has all new plans packed with additional features and offerings -check them out at our new pricing page here, and don't hesitate to get in touch if you'd like to know more about a certain plan *Please note that all current customers will not be affected by the new pricing plans. All existing eCoach accounts and agreements will be maintained.
  • The onboarding sidebar, which appeared on the right-hand side of the screen for new eCoach signups, has been replaced with 'Getting Started Tours', which lead new users through eCoach's features in a more hands-on fashion
  • We've implemented a more robust payment modal for adding your credit card details with Stripe, making your payment information more secure and reliable than ever
  • Previewing a Course no longer uses the first available group for settings - instead you'll see the Course with no settings
  • REST hooks have been configured for Zapier integrations
  • We've updated our API to include a trigger for new enrollments
  • VETtrak integration is now available! Contact us for more information if you're interested

Bug Fixes

We've fixed a whole bunch of minor issues with eCoach; only the more notable ones are listed here:

  • Thanks to the users who flagged an issue with average time and score metrics displaying incorrectly on some group reports - this has been rectified
  • Invitation emails to participants enrolled in a group are now shown the Course name instead of the group name
  • Changing the modules that are required to complete a Course can sometimes result in one or more participants completing the Course - when this happens, completion notifications are now sent and web hooks are fired
