Adding iFrames

There are 2 ways you can add iFrame’s into your WYSIWYG Editor.

Method 1: The easiest way to add iFrames to your Courses is through the media embed option.

Step 1: First of all, find what you’d like to embed. Media can range from Youtube videos, to songs from Soundcloud, to slideshows from Prezi. Here are some of the iFramely sites you can embed from:

Step 2: Once you know what you’d like to embed, select the ‘Insert Media Embed’ button.

Step 3: Copy the URL of the page you’d like to embed and paste it in the URL bar that pops up.

Step 4: Your media will appear in the WYSIWYG editor box, ready to appear in your Tile!

Method 2: You can also embed media using iFramely itself – again, though, we recommend using the method above, as this blocks some non-SSL links. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer, and means that content has been securely and privately encrypted to avoid data tampering and other shady online activities. Keeping links SSL encrypted is better for both us and you, as it makes eCoach a safer and more secure site. Here’s how to embed using the iFramely method:

Step 1: Select the iFramely button from the within the WYSIWYG Editor

Step 2: From here, follow the steps from Method 1. You can also change iFrame width, height, and alignment from the ‘iFrame Properties’ box.
